Admissions Tax Remittance Forms can now be filed and paid online. If any of the information printed on your return form has changed, or is incorrect, please make the necessary changes during the submittal process. If changes need to be made to any account related information that is not available online, please submit your requested changes by email to revenue@cityofsantacruz.com.
